2007 Summer Rates
$85-185 per night during Season
Labor Day Weekend--4 nights--$600 + Tax
On behalf of all our guests who have honored our
rules we would like to say THANK YOU for your cooperation. For the maximum
comfort for our guests we really cannot accommodate more than 2 people in a
room. Both occupants must be at least 21 years old.

Reservation Requirements
In case another person just happens to be an acquired guest, a full night surcharge per night
will be charged to the registered motel guest, NO PETS or all guests will be
asked to leave. NO REFUNDS will be given in this circumstance.
In Season
Reservation may be made several days or several months in advance. Fifty
per cent must be paid within ten days of reservation call by certified or
cashier's check.
Cancellation Policies
Long term reservations (six week or longer in advance)--four week notice for
cancellation (one night charge), after cancellation date, two nights, last
minute two nights to 50% of reservation (eg. cancellation of 7 day stay, 3.5 day
charge)
Short term summer--14 days notice or two night's stay will be charged
Prepaid by check--refund if notice is properly given as previously stated less
$75 service charge.
Upon calling for reservation, two nights stay will be put
on your credit card...credit back if upon coming in you would like to pay by
certified check or cash. Please notify us if you will need a late check in.
AAA, AARP, Veteran's 10% off midweek (2 night
minimum).
